Update!! I still cant get her book open. She forgot the password. Any tips would be so great!!I gave it to my daughter for her birthday and she LOVES it!! Somehow her brother changed the password and we can't open it. I tried finding "the groves on the white wheel" but I can't move the digital wheel to the left at all and I cant see the grooves. Can you help me?

Es muy bonito, pero cuando escribo el sonido del cuaderno en si con la cobertura es muy molesto, y se me empezo a desilachar ( porque es cocido ) desde los primeros dias. Lo tuve que sacar de la cubierta por el constante sonido molesto al escribir. Aparte de eso, muy bonito y las hojas de un buen grosor, pero no lo vuelvo a comprar, prefiero algo de mejor calidad en general.

I ordered this for my daughter. I chose this diary because I thought she would like that it came in a nice decorative box. It shipped without an outside box. The nice decorative box was falling apart and had the shipping labels on it. Not only did my daughter see it and figure out what it was before I got home, but the box was ruined. I was really disappointed. The diary itself is nice. Setting the lock was a little tricky. She does use it and says she likes it.

This is the replacement journal for the first one we ordered. The original journals lock did not work. So we got the replacement and I cut my finger and thumb as I opened it because the metal plating is peeled off already...leaving it sharp. I’m very disappointed in the quality of this product and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Both were brand new in the box and both journals quality lacked in large ways.
