After you order simply use the "contact seller" link on the copy of your order to email your order number and engraving instructions. :)

Q: When emailing what you want can you put I want [messgae] will only the message be engraved or will you also put the I want part on it too?

Hello, we just engrave the message...for example if you write that you would like the initials LDS.... the the flask will only have LDS .....Thank you, Lynda

Q: Does all the flask have to have the same design? Also I'm ordering five will all of them come together at one time?

All flasks can be personalized the same or each have it's own separate engraving. As long as all flasks are included under the same order number they will ship together.
