Styluses I can afford to lose
Does anybody remember the overhyped $200 HDMI cables and how hard marketing was trying to prove that you'd be better off with one of those vs. the two-dollar alternative that performed exactly the same? I believe they're gone or nobody buys them any more. The same should be the fate of $20 or $30 (so-called) quality tablet styluses. These 'cheap' ones work perfectly - as good as a $15-dollar stylus we have - on our Fire, XOOM and one other generic tablet but not so well on HP's TouchPad.POSITIVES- Honest pricing. Paying $15-30 for ONE brand name stylus that performs almost exactly the same? Seriously? Convince my why I should.- Light, and that's a good thing.- Come in bundles. I like getting 5 at a time because I tend to misplace my pens and pencils.- Perform well on a tablet. Excellent for tapping, double-tapping, drawing and dragging things around the screen.- Durable. I had 2 similar 3-packs, probably made in the same factory. Half are gone (lost or stepped on) but the remaining 3 are as good today as they were a few months ago.NEGATIVES - only one or maybe half a negative: if your hands are very large they may seem a little too short. My 8 yr. old finds them perfect and I can use them too but they'd be better if they were an at least half an inch longer.I'm trying to think of a reason not to award this product five stars and I can't think of one because I really 'love' it.

Great Purchase Decision - No Regrets
This was an amazing purchase. Low, low price, free shipping, and does what it says. The only reason it doesn't get give it five stars is that I've used styli that are nicer--and are also probably far, far more expensive. If all you need is a stylus or two that gets the job done, this is it.Description:The styli are pretty short--smaller than the average person's hand--and very portable. The conductive tip is soft and does have a somewhat high friction resistance on moving, which means they are not the smoothest for longhand writing, but even though the shape and flexibility of the tip would suggest a lack of pinpoint accuracy, this is not the case. For some time my primary use of the stylus was to tap "x" buttons on ads; my fingers weren't precise enough. They never disappointed. Later I began using them for any touchscreen interaction on a phone-sized device, and they did the job with no hiccups. They are small and slim enough for me to keep in-hand (hooked under a finger or between two) while doing something with the device that does not involve the touch screen, like typing on the Droid's physical keyboard. Thus I find it easy to alternate seamlessly between using one and not.I am hard on my equipment. These little styli have held up fine being dropped and lodged in a number of manners, without even showing wear on the plastic clips at the top. They clean easily. My iPad is inside a "military" case, which means that its screen protector is rather thicker than any others I have. For this it requires a bit of force to get the signal through, but not any more so than is the case with conductive gloves. The packaging is simple: Just a bubble-wrap-padded parcel envelope. Inside are five styli, nothing else. This may differ depending on which seller you use.My experience with these so far has been over ten months, using them with iPod Touch (4th gen), Android (3), and iPad Mini. Based on this, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who isn't looking for luxury, just functionality. They are worth well above the one-dollar-something that is the cost, and this amazing pricing (did I mention the free shipping?) meant that even though I am extremely frugal, I splurged on these and have not regretted it.These would not be good for someone who is picky, who plans to use a stylus to draw artwork on a tablet, or who wants them immediately. (The wonderfully free shipping did take somewhere in the range of a month.) Any such person should pay more than two dollars. These are fantastic for someone who is not picky, who just wants basic stylus functionality, who is patient, and/or who is poor/stingy. Also excellent for the single user who has a tendency to lose (and abuse) things, as you get five for less than two dollars total.

Not bad for 2$
Used on a Nexus 7 Tablet.Bought this cheap set just in case my other stylus broke or similar. The construction is about as cheap as it could get, the stylus tip is pretty smooth and will glide on the surface of the tablet pretty smoothly but unless you put a bit of pressure, so basically all capacitive touch screen devices (basically all) will work fine but you'll need to apply some pressure. The stylus tip is not as squishy as other moderately priced stylus and it's a bit stiff. The diameter of the tube is around 5mm (.2"), so about 15.7mm (.6") in circumference. The material is very light, while I don't have scale to measure it but the weight is not really noticeable. The bottom portion of the tip looks like it was simply super glued on which is probably correct. The clip is actually pretty good, sturdy plastic with enough tension to keep it hanged on a shirt or whatever. Overall I'd give it a 3 star. It loses score for construction quality and sensitivity as both of these two categories are both lacking. You get pretty poor quality construction but for 2$ and 10 of these it'll should last you quite a while, maybe 6 months if you're lucky?Pro:* Super Cheap, 2$ for 10* Small 5mm tip for those looking for a small diameter stylus* Insignificant weight* The Stylus is pretty durable in a sense where you'll require a bit of force to bend it and to squish it from the sides of the cylinder. (of course don't force it to the breaking point to test it)Cons:* Poor construction* Requires a bit of pressure for devices to sense the stylus (you won't be able to gently slid it across for it to read the stylus)~ Otherwise, it's cheap why not buy it for a spare.Hope this review helped you guys a bit :P
