Origami 3-Tier Foldable Storage Shelves, Heavy Duty Rolling Shelf Rack with Wheels, Pewter

I love this storage unit for many reasons. First, no assembly is required. The wheels can each be screwed into the bottom legs. It is easy to do with or without the little tool that is provided. It takes a moment or two to figure-out how to swing it into an upright position after unpacking; it was packed well and had no signs of damage. Second, I like the fact that this item could be used either as a trolley or as a storage unit. I have thought about using it to take groceries from the trunk of my car, parked in the garage, into the kitchen. The only problem that I would encounter, and this is true of all trolleys, is that there is a small step up from the parking area in the garage onto the laundry area and then into the kitchen. If loaded with several cases of water, for example, the trolley would be hard to lift up. For light loads, though, it would be simple to use and lift. Finally, it rolls easily from room to room and is useful as a storage unit just as the video shows. Currently, I am using it as a modified potter's bench in the garage and have stored all of the empty plastic pots, gardening tools, stakes (inserted vertically down through the mesh openings on each shelf and thereby standing up neatly), and small gardening supplies on the storage unit. All of those items (twine, plant food spikes, nozzles to hoses, etc.) are now easy to see and easy to find. I would not describe this storage unit as heavy duty. It is not flimsy, but I did not store bags of garden soil on the storage unit, for example, because it just seems as if the shelving would eventually begin to droop under the weight. Since it can be folded up, it is an ideal storage unit for any size home or room. Most importantly, it does not need any assembly other than to screw-on the wheels; there is no anxiety that it might be missing pre-drilled holes or might have parts that don't fit properly, both of which are frequent problems when you order storage units, carts, TV stands, etc., needing assembly.

Best shelves EVER. I wanted a shelf under my hanging shirts in closet. The measurements were right, so I ordered this. What I didn't expect was the ease of set up. Probably 45 sec! I chose not to use the wheels, so they might take longer to screw on. The unit is extremely strong and stable. My mind is racing thinking about where else I could use these shelves for more storage. The box is heavy, so a larger unit might be more cumbersome to get into house. The shelves are thickly powder coated, so I'm sure they would be fine anywhere you placed them. Plus, if I move, they fold up in seconds. I highly recommend these shelves. FYI: I am a woman, 72 years old, and a widow. When I say, "easy set up"...I mean easy! Highly recommend.

Update (4/9/2025): I bought two of these stands in early 2023. Two years later, they are still holding up well. They have always been kept outside under the roof of an unenclosed front patio, but are continually exposed to the elements. Also, the shelves are used to hold plants that have to be watered, so they occasionally get drenched. However, these remain sturdy with only the tiniest bit of rust around bolts and casters - easily treated/removed with a little WD-40. The casters still work as well as they did on day 1, so I can roll the units around as needed. I highly recommend them and am sure they would hold up even better if they were in an enclosed/indoor area. I purchased one of these carts to hold cuttings and rootings that I take to propagate plants from my garden. It worked so well for this purpose that I purchased a second one (see photo). I have them out on a covered patio outside my front door. They're sturdy enough for this purpose, but not super-heavy. They have enough room to hold many pots and to allow easy access for watering and maintenance of the plants while they're getting established. I haven't had them long enough to know how well they'll hold up over time to being outside - we're in Florida, so we get a sustained period of very hot weather, typically a lot of summer rain, humidity and blistering sun in the summer. So, I'll have to wait to see how well they last. These carts are incredibly easy to assemble, they roll pretty well on the provided casters, and the casters are lockable to hold them in place once they're positioned. So far, so good.

Excellent product, I'm using as a poor mans camera cart. Could be deeper/wider but good price for a pretty robust tool that's well designed and pretty strong. Delivery was quite quick too

This is my 5th Origami brand shelf and the first on wheels. I'm sorry now that I didn't buy all of them with wheels. This is a shorter and narrower version than my others but it works in my laundry room for storing my son's clothes until he can put them away in his dresser. The best thing about Origami shelves is that they are super easy to assemble (30 seconds if you are slow) and incredibly strong plus if you don't need it for awhile, you just fold it flat and put it out of the way until you need it again. I won't buy any other brand of shelving system.

Sehr praktisch.Einfach aufbaubar und durch Rollen immer mobil.Stabile Konstruktion.Lässt genügend Platz für Geegenstände(auch schwere). Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.
