Tasty, hydrating, and very enjoyable! However I do wish there were no dyes in these. Honestly, you don’t need something to look pretty and what it is. What matters is the taste, and the taste is great!! Love the punch and grape!!

I have used Pedialyte for years for my children, and for myself. I used this when I was doing a lot of hard labor and had to replenish electrolytes daily. Doing that work, this was a solid product for me. But once I was done, I had to find one with less sugar as I am diabetic. This has great taste, has everything you need in each pouch, dissolves easily, and does what it is made to do.

I mean, my go to hangover cure is Pedialyte and I swear by it. The powder packets are great because they are great for traveling vs. the premixed bottles. Usually after drinking (even very little at this age), I suffer the next day even after drinking gatorade. But, when I drink pedialyte, it is like the life is put back into my body; I no longer feel like I need to throw up, and I can function as a real person and actually get work or errands done - whether it is still the weekend or a work day. Take this story for example - I was in Barcelona, my friends convinced me to stay out until the sunrise even though we agreed to have an early night. We ended up wrapping our purses around a lifeguard chair and went swimming at the beach. My friend Kay got her wallet stolen and my friend Becca got her phone stolen.
