I'mlooking for uv rate 400 or higher. what is the uv rate for these?

The box does not indicate any particular UV rating, just says "UV Protection."

Would these stay on as my dog is playing fetch at the beach?

I have an 90 lb yellow lab, they stayed on him, we didn’t play fetch on the beach though.

Useless when scratched up from dog's normal activity, are the lenses for these goggles replaceable and what do the cost?

Standard poodle size?

Size medium fits my Doberman Pinscher perfectly. There is quite a bit of room for adjustment in the straps. Be sure and take time to teach your dog to wear them. Start with multiple short time periods (5 minutes). Lots of praise and reward if successful. Increase time slowly. My Ezra can now wear her goggles comfortably for 20 minutes at a time. All she needs to go out and take potty breaks when the wind is severe. (She suffered a cornea injury in March.) If you look at the images that are already posted you will see her the black and tan with natural ears lying on the brown couch, I also posted a photo of her in her cone with her eye injury which displays farther down in the images.
