Good supply for the cost.
I've seen a lot of bad reviews on this brand power supply. For what it's worth maybe I just got lucky. I've had zero issues. The power is solid and is supporting my NAS which runs 24/7. It's been up for several weeks now without a glitch. i do have it on a UPS so maybe that stability helps. In any case for the money I am a happy customer.

Working great!
So far it is working great. It is much quieter than my last power supply but not as quiet as I had hoped but still so much better.Update 9/10/2019 - The power supply is still working but now the fan is going out. It is making some very bad noises. Just a few months past warranty so I will probably have to replace the fan myself. I guess you get what you pay for. At least it is still working and as for problems, it is a fairly easy fix. Not going to knock a star off since it did last over a year and is technically still working as is, I just don't trust the fan anymore.

Arrived DEAD ON ARRIVAL
This thins will not provide any DC Voltage on any of its many MANY plugs. It arrived properly configured in 115VAC mode and was fed that. The AC pigtail is fine checked its getting AC fine. However, NO DC output.

Third time lucky
This is the third one of these PSUs I've bought. This one is for an ITX case I bought a while back and wanted to update. Another one is in this silly old Dell by my foot -- it's not the right size, but I was able to secure it and it's working. Not sure where I put the third one. Anyway, for a small power supply they work very nicely, They make plenty of power (at least for any Video Cards you'd be squeezing into a case that needed on of these) Plenty of connectors (almost too many) and nice and quiet. The only way to improve it would be to make at least some of the cables modular - but that would raise the price, and the price is one of the nicest things about this little PSU.Found the other one - it's in a Thermaltake ITX case that could be using a normal sized PSU, so there you go.

Bargain but low quality
The psu works well on a budget pc but produces a low level high pitch sound really annoying when it is off. Sign of low quality capacitors and coils etc. If you want a high quality mini build then this is not the option to power it.Updated to 5 stars: Psu broke on june 2020 probably due to poor quality components. I contacted Apevia and after some questions they quickly honored the warranty and sent me a version with better components. Customer service is mind blowing these guys are very professionals. Will continue to support them.

Replacement that is quiet and runs smooth however,... UPDATE 9/1/2020
Bought this as an Emergency Replacement. It runs smooth, a very slight hum but that's normal and I've great hearing. Now the bad, the cable bundle coming out isn't as flexible and is rather rigid. It can't be bent downwards to miss hitting the back of a 5.25" drive. I would've enjoyed giving this a 5 Star but after putting everything back, my DVD RW Drive stopped working then saw the Power light on it wasn't on. So I know it knocked it's SATA Power Cable off as I did that then put it back thinking it would hold. It didn't. But still, for under $30, ths is still a good deal!UPDATE: Lsst night, September 1st, a capacitor blew out, some smoke and a flash as I was powering down. It was strong enough to disconnect one connector! Hoping my system didn't fry but again, hopeful...

Worked for 3 months then started making a loud groaning noise, good warranty service
I bought this to replace an older failed power supply in a utility PC that mainly handles my security cameras. It worked fine for a few months, then I decided to move the PC to another spot in my house. When I moved it and turned the power supply back on, it made a horrible groaning noise.Prior to failing, it worked OK but was a little noisier than I'd like.Update: After contacting the manufacturer, they replaced the failing supply at no cost to me within 2 days. I didn't even have to ship the old one back. New one is working great. Very happy with the response/service, so I added a star back. Still keeping at 3 stars due to the early failure though.

A for Apevia: Very Good Power Supply 4 Computer Repair, Small Form Factor Desktop
Spent 3 weeks looking for a small form factor power supply unit replacement for an old desktop repair. Old HP Pavillion computer uses a microATX form factor. Depth into the computer chamber has to be less than 4" to fit the cabling to the internal motherboard and hardware. Very, very difficult to locate a microATX for factor. I wanted a price in the $20--25 price range. The Apevia came in high wattage. It has a power switch for on/off, and this is important. It was priced at $30. The quality is good. It looks very nice--comes in all black profile with black covered cables, so sleek and modern. Small size so fits where there is space limits. You will need to buy a adapter plate SFX to ATX. The computer is running, surfing the internet, typing in the review. If I had a similar repair to do, I would buy it again. With a discount code, this is a dope buy. 1 4 4
