Better than a fluffy pillow
I’ve had mine for months now and while it’s still comfortable, it went kind of flat. At first there was a cradling effect that took pressure off my ears which I loved. The neck support was also nice since I am a side sleeper and can kink my neck sometimes. I am still sleeping on it, but the material has flattened a little and it’s lost a some shape. I think that was to be expected. Still a good pillow and I prefer it to a lot of the softer ones.

The Perfect Pillow
I’ve tried so many “neck support” pillows and this is the first one that actually works. The hollow center design makes a huge difference — it keeps my neck aligned without feeling stiff or awkward. The memory foam is firm enough to support but still super comfortable, and there’s zero weird chemical smell like some other pillows have. The cooling pillowcase is a game-changer too. I’m a hot sleeper and this keeps me comfortable all night. I love that it’s adjustable, so I could tweak the height until it felt just right. I sleep on my side and back, and it works perfectly for both. After a few nights, my neck pain was basically gone. If you deal with neck stiffness or wake up sore, this pillow is 100% worth it. I wish I bought it sooner.

Perhaps Not For Back Sleepers
I wanted to love this pillow. I was ever hopeful to find the unicorn of pillows that supported my neck in a natural curve, that didn't leave me waking with my head awkwardly at a 30 degree angle and stiff. I read the reviews, watched the videos ... and opened the box excitedly when it arrived. Upon opening the box and removing the pillow from the plastic cover, my anticipation quickly waned. Despite being OEKO-TEX certified, I realized that the pillow smelled like the old foam mattress pad from my childhood in the 80s. While the chemical odor didn't permeate the room like that old mattress pad, it was hard to ignore it while lying on the pillow. Still, I had faith that this "magical" pillow would bring relief to my sleeping arrangements. So I gave it a try the first night. And a few nights after that. The smell did seem to dissipate some (or maybe I just got used to it?). The pillow has two distinct sides - one higher than the other with the "wings" for side sleepers to hug. I consulted the insert to determine which side was intended for me - a side sleeper who wakes on her back. The instructions didn't quite provide one answer, as the higher side is for side sleepers and the lower side is for back sleepers. I figured I'd try both. Upon resting my head on the pillow while lying on my back on the lower side, it was comfortable and supportive. My neck felt just a touch of the curved center of the pillow edge, but my head did not settle into the middle of the pillow to create that natural curve. So I flipped the pillow around. The other side (with the wings) was even higher. I tried rearranging my position, but I could never quite get my head to center on the pillow while providing my neck with the proper support from the curved edge. So I rolled on my side. There. That was so amazingly comfortable. I felt the pillow support my neck and wrap around me like a hug. It was wonderful. I fell asleep ... and woke on my back with my neck tight and my head propped forward at a 30 degree angle. So, I tried removing the extra pillow piece from the middle - but it did not solve the problem. I tried sleeping on the pillow's other lower side ... all attempts led to the same waking position on my back, with my head leaning up and forward, not resting back with my neck in that perfect curve. This pillow may work wonders for side sleepers, but in my experience it's not the miracle pillow for back sleepers. The old rolled up small towel along the edge of my pillow under my neck that my chiropractor recommended years ago seems to be more efficient at preserving the desired arch in my neck while on my back. I think the concept of the pillow is great - it just needs tweaking in the design to enlarge that indented area in the center for the head, so it can rest and be cradled better when sleeping on your back - because if your head is still propped up and forward at an awkward angle, the cool little arch along the pillow's edge doesn't really have an impact for back sleepers.

nothing but a heavy pillow
It good as an annoyingly heavy regular pillow, but nothing more, nothing special about it... for a few reasons. The first main reason is that the only reason it becomes supportive at all to the neck is because of the head cradle dip in it which is only created by a small plastic snap in the middle of it that is pushed together to the bottom of the Cover. After just 5 weeks of use, the snap tore off of the cover making the pillow completely flat and without a bowl cradle dip in it at all to support the head. Second reason, it is extremely low. Any adult who has any type of shoulder width, especially if they are a side sleeper, they are not going to get any support from this unless they write to the company and ask for Extra potting to add in. I had to do this and the extra padding does not have a circular hole in the middle so it cannot be inserted inthirded into the the casing or snap together to be held with the rest of the pillow. Because there's no cut out in the middle I had a pillow on top of it and use a regular pillowcase to hold it all together..... Which did not work because it just slips out from under it creating uneven edges. Also using a pillowcase takes away from the shape overall because you have to stuff it in.... And if you use a kink sized pillowcase, the insert will just slide around. I would not recommend this pillow , A message just looking for a heavy regular pillow., with a scratchy top surface.

Fixed my stiff neck, worth the money!
This pillow fixed my sore neck after only 3 nights. I removed the optional insert and used the larger side, then after 3 nights sleep I am able to tuck my chin down to my chest without any stiffness or strain. Was not expecting this and am so pleasantly surprised. If you like a nice soft cloud like pillow that your head sinks into this is not the one. This pillow is made for you to have proper support and it is very comfortable to me. Very much worth the money for anyone suffering from a stiff neck due to improper sleep position. The reason I purchased this one is because I saw it was adjustable, there is a smaller side and larger side as well as an insert that can be removed.

Comfortable but sweaty head
It’s a good pillow, firm but not too firm. Nice neck support. Don’t know about the breathable part, my head was soaked in sweat on my first night try. I didn’t keep box to return but if I sweat again that’s a no bueno.

I bought this pillow based on the information provided on the website. When it arrived, the color was different, which is fine, but the quality does not match the description. It has no double cover, no double zipper as shown, and no removable foam as mentioned.
