Magic of Marvel Oracle Deck

This deck is lovely! A wonderful Marvel character line up as well. The card stock is average, with a decently smooth matte finish. The art is well done! Each card comes with a nice phrase/message. Some phrases and characters are paired perfectly and are VERY impactful and true to the character. My favorite example is The Winter Soldier having the phrase, “forever by your side”. The deck could’ve leaned into the darker side of his character trope, but it chose to take his whole arc into consideration. It’s things like that make me appreciate this deck. This deck has a supportive, encouraging vibe to it. Very creative.Note for MCU fans: this is a Marvel Comics inspired deck, not Marvel Cinematic Universe. However, if you’re caught up to most phases of the MCU, you’ll do just fine with this deck. The guide book will get you by just fine if you don’t know a character.I was tempted to knock a star off for not including Captain America/Steve Rogers, but the deck stands alone just fine without him! There’s other characters in the deck that you can be inspired to transform with and practice good judgement and insane strength.However, I’m also disappointed that The Falcon/Sam Wilson isn’t included in this deck either. I would’ve been happy to see him as Captain America in this deck instead as well. He would’ve been great to include.Edit: My deck also came with the misprint for Hela. :(

It has a broad spectrum of card meanings which I enjoy. Beautiful colors and use of all the characters.

The art work is beautiful I especially find the Doctor Strange and Scarlet Witch card to be quite stunning. The phrases on the cards can be very meaningful aswell and fit the characters. The deck comes in a sturdy box decorated box. The guide book is in color and has an interpretation for each card, some spreads to try and the general oracle card info.This is not based on the cinematic universe it is the comics but alot of characters have also been in the mcu so if you haven't read the comics you will still know some of the charcters.Like other reviews have stated there is a misprint on one of the phrases. The Hela card has captian marvels phrase. The correct phrase is listed in the guide book.The card stock itself leaves a lot to be desired. it is incredibly thin. The entire deck can be bent easily when stacked and a card can be bent in half with very little effort, they do seem to bounce back into shape with not too much effort but I have also not used them much yet. they have a smooth matte finish and shuffle well.three stars due to the misprint and the poor quality of card stock.

Overall, the art is great!! I am a big fan of Marvel as well as tarot, and this was a nice combo of the two. This is an oracle deck, so it's not a typical Major Arcana, Minor Arcana type of deck. The characters and descriptions in the guidebook are pleasant and easy to read.My main issues lie with the fact that the cards aren't as sturdy as I'm typically used to. And, like another reviewer pointed out, there is a misprint when it comes to Hela and Captain Marvel. I'm personally okay with it mainly due to how gorgeous the art is, but it might be something to consider when purchasing.

Love these cards, and great to use after meditation

I like the deck but the cardstock is thin.

I got these cards in the mail. They had not been in the original packaging. Cards are fine and card stock is good. Box inside and out was damages. Yet they are still finctional and good.

I was really excited for this deck and even didn’t care that people complained about the card stock. I’m a huge marvel fan and I’m also a tarot/oracle reader/collector and I’m really disappointed at the state in which my packages arrived and the book is also bent. Haven’t checked the deck yet but this was enough to be turned off.

Bought this for my husband who adores Marvel. He absolutely loves it!

Estupendo mazo para amantes del Tarot y de Marvel. Buena calidad y diseño, bien cuidado e imágenes bellas. Aunque es cierto que la carta de Hela contiene una errata, como se advierte en otros comentarios, en el libro descriptivo se encuentra la inscripción correcta y, teniendo en cuenta la calidad en general, no merece quitar una estrella por tan pequeño detalle. Además, los conocedores del personaje Hela podrán intuir perfectamente cuál es el significado de la carta.Gran opción, un oráculo recomendadísimo.
