Second time I purchased this. It helps a lot. My liver is much healthier

I have been using this product for a few years now after my acupuncturist recommended it for liver fire. I've tried other brands and this works the best and is way cheaper.

I am not sure i would take it without advice from a TCM, naturopath etc. It is labeled as a natural supplement but it actually is a powerful detoxifier and it affects all systems in your body. In other words, if you take this, it will flush out your body, so if you take it for a longer period of time, then you need to replenish your body not just through foods but the appropriate supplements. Otherwise you risk depleting yourself of essential vitamins & nutrients which have both physical as well as mental/emotional consequences. However if you have been recommended taking it, it was a life changer and saver for me. I would recommend taking this detoxifier complex as part of a larger routine. If you have never taken these pills before and plan on a detox, i would start with a small trial size. I took 1 pill in the morning and 1 in the evening for close to a month before going to 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening for a month and so on. You can progress quicker if you want to, but I am not a fan of shocking my system and had not tried these pills before, so i started slow and allowed time to see what changes there were. Sometimes the changes are weird (i had weird food cravings and ultimately completely changed my eating habits), and sometimes the changes are a nice surprise (i started seeing better. Apparently, slightly off vision can be due to hormonal imbalances). Now, I can feel exactly how much i need and for how long so it is different and i am taking it only as maintenance on an as needed basis.

Good product. I would take 5 pills a few times a week (they are small pills). Only thing to beware of is the taste. Have some water nearby.

I am not allowed to post a review stating what this does as it goes against community standards. It works for what the description says.

This product is probably great but it gives me heart palpitations for about 30 mins after I take it. I may need to go for a more subtle tcm formula.
