This is great stuff. No ink or heat required. I use this tape, along with my Dymo printer, for all kinds of things. Altogether very useful.

I purchased this at the same time as I purchased the DYMO LetraTag. I went with the black print of white plastic as the DYMO LetraTag came with black print on paper labels, and I wanted to see which of the two I preferred, so that I could then purchase the more preferred type thereafter. I also found at the time I purchased this, that the plastic labels were cheaper than the paper type. When I received the DYMO LetraTag, I popped the plastic label cassette in and gave it a try. I found that the plastic labels (to my eyes) were ever so slightly bolder and clearer to read, and they looked very professional, when compared to peel off white labels that you write on with a pen (that I used to use). Also looking at the description for the plastic labels, in mentions "polyester tape is wipeable, tear resistant" so this would seem to indicate that the plastic labels may be more suited for use in more damper environments (kitchen, bathroom etc). The thing I really like about these cassettes is, you can swap them out for another type (paper label cassette for example) and print the required label, and then pop the other type that you have back in, to totally suit the type of label you so wish to print at that particular time. Most of my labelling so far, as been labelling the multitude of plugs I have in my home, so that I can identify at a glance, which item the plug is for, before unplugging it. My partner is into crafting, and she has used the labels for to organise her small bags, boxes of crafting knick-knacks. Not much else to say, apart from, I expect that this cassette will last me quite a few years with us been very light users, so in light of that, these are excellent value for money.

The branded replacement for the Dymo so it should work well and it does. Uses these labels on so many things and they stick well. A bit fiddly getting the backing tape off but that has always been how it was. Easy to read the printed text on the labels.
