This device is very strong. I have been using these LASER. devices for about 3 years. I have experienced many positive feedbacks using them. This is very strong, and has genuine LASER diodes. According to the manufacturer the high frequency of device is more than 1000 nM. The diode was improved. You can feel it gets warm in about 5 seconds and begin to feel that your inflamations are relieved in a short time. Consult experts in the field if you have doubts. I am not giving medical advice here, I am not a MD. These devices are most for inflammation, and can help much, but it all depends on the severity of your conditions.

I have a bad knee and using this 2-3 times a day helps it feel much better. It stopped working after about a month. I contacted the seller, sent a description of the problem with a short video, and they sent me a replacement. I highly recommend this product!

I recently purchased a different device because this one didn't seem to work and I couldn't find just the right battery. The other device came with the same size battery and when I tried it with this device, it worked just fine - it was a battery problem. I'm ordering batteries that come the closest to the ones this came with - slightly different V and Wh hoping that will not present a problem. Just saying the problem might be with the batteries, not the device.

Excellent product at a great price. I purchased this Red Light Therapy device for my husband who had an ulcer on his leg that would not close. After only a short time, the wound is less painful and is scabbing over. I am really impressed with how easy it is to use and the fast results seen already.

When I bought it was $98, it’s now just over a year later the device will not work at all. I can’t figure out if it’s the charging device broke that’s defective and the batteries are dead or not? Cause the clip broke by snapping so I can’t recharge batteries. Rendering it useless. I emailed and the quality “California based customer service,” said I could purchase a new device on their website. There is no extra replacement charger from my search. Just the Amazon whole kit. That’s pretty bad they can’t send you a new charger when you pay THAT much for a glorified flashlight honestly. It’s about the size of those cheap camp flashlights for kids. I would STRONGLY purchase a different one or a panel device. This died quickly and was inconvenient to charge by having to take the batteries out and place in charger which ultimately broke after maybe 5 uses. Support another worthy seller and do not support this one I warn you. Poor, nonexistent customer service. Also glasses in included were cheapo deluxe. Literally maybe 0.5 cents. Total gimmick.

I’ve had this product for about 9 months and have used it about 3x per week for the preset 3 minutes. I loved that it has an extra rechargeable battery, but this little device didn’t even last a year. I do feel like it helped with pain a bit, but disappointed with performance time.

So far I like the product and has been helping with minor pain. Trying to use on veins and brusing on my ankles also so time will tell with that. I will say one thing, the instructions to turn on pulse in the manual as I have uploaded is incorrect. It says to hold the power and quick click to turn on, in which it turns on right away. It says to hold for 5 seconds and press again to turn on with the pulse mode, which does not happen. Turns out you have to turn on, and while on, hold the power button for 5 seconds and it switches to pulse. Wish this was explained better. Also no instructions about battery. Need to charge in the charger until light turns green, which customer support said takes 6-8hours, but for me I think it took longer then that. The light never changed so I had no idea and thought the charger just didn't do that since it was taking forever. Plugged it in one night, checked it the next morning and the light was green. Besides that, so far no complaints.

I really struggled to get this to turn on. Had to push the button very hard several times. I initially thought it was broken, because even after it fully charged it wouldn’t turn on. The main issues I have outside of this: there’s absolutely no carrying case, or any way to travel with this. The cardboard box isn’t going to last forever, and when you’ve spent almost $200 on a device-you definitely want to protect it. The other problem is that there are absolutely no instructions with this, outside of the basics of turning it on, and the fact it has a timer. No info to tell me how long I can stay on one spot, how often to use each day, do I touch the skin with it, or hold it at a distance from the area I’m focusing on? It is also such a smooth metal, the handle is actually rather hard to hang on to. It’s a thinner handle, coupled with the smooth metal-it makes it rather unwieldy and awkward to use. It almost slipped out of my hand more than once as I was trying to navigate around my leg. I didn’t use it long enough to notice a difference once I encountered these issues.
