I ordered a ham for Thanksgiving a few weeks ago. When FedEx sent me the delivery confirmation, and photo of delivery…. It wasn’t delivered to my house. I drove all around the neighborhood, spiraling (like a ham) looking for the house that FedEx incorrectly delivered it to for days, with no success ! When I got in touch with the company directly, the woman (I forget her name) called me back on a Saturday evening (after hours) and assured me I’d receive a replacement before the holiday - and the ham did not disappoint. It tasted delicious, was so easy and really was a hit! Thank you for helping to make Thanksgiving a success! I am extra thankful for you!
