Q: What is the difference in number ob#1, ob#2, or ob#3??

Formula 1 - Superfine Texture: Formula 1 is designed to specifically give a superfine texture to your dog’s coat, along with the proper amount of body. We recommend using formula 1 on all fine texture coats. Formula 2 - Long coated breeds: Formula 2 is designed to give a medium bodied texture to your dog’s coat. We recommend using formula 2 on long coated breeds. Formula 3 - Extra Texture: Formula 3 is designed to give a thick, full-bodied texture to your dog’s coat. If you feel you need extra texture on your dog’s furnishings, use our Crown Royale Bodifier.

Q: What is the dilution for this bottle??

This shampoo is very concentrated. I always dilute 1:8. If you are getting the cream rinse too- do the same.
