I love the Biowave, I have cerebral palsy it effects my left arm and leg. The Biowave helps so much with the pain. Also, I use it my right shoulder and lower back due to using one side of my body primarily for over 40 years I have a torn rotator cuff and over use syndrome in my right shoulder. My lower back is just hot mess from not having a straight spine. Anyway, the replacement pads are so worth the money. When they aren’t sticky more put a few drops of saline solution in the middle of them smear it around the pad and let it dry they will be like new. I’m only buying replacement pads because I let my son in law borrow it and none of the pads came back with it. So I will buy new ones slowly until I have nice stock pile again. Buy the bio wave go and replacement pads, they are so worth it if you suffer from chronic pain and your meds are quite enough or you are looking for an alternative to meds.

Love his device, especially the new smaller version. The original was too big, awkward to use, and my battery finally died. The new one has a long battery life, is easy to carry around, and has better control over the intensity.However, I get that they want a proprietary connector to create a revenue stream for the pads but it would be nice if we had a few choices on the shape and size.
