This has been a life saver when changing diapers especially stinky diapers in public away from comfort of our home. I have a toddler in diapers still and when going to someone else home or in the car without a trash can, these help keep the diaper in place until I can discard in a trash can. Love that it came with a replacement fill and you can also purchase more here on Amazon too. Plus they last a long time.
