I've had this for about a month. I like it. So far I use only the small gentlest bit. Sometimes I'll do a circular pattern over top of a brown spot. Or, I get seborrheic keratose spots, and I had one near my nose, and this shaved it down over a week. I'm am really liking this. The only way you could get a bad skin burn is if you held it in the same spot for way too long. So far, this is exactly what I was hoping it would be. This tool suctions the skin to the bit and sands it lightly as you drag the tool over your skin. See what your skin can handle first before you try to do more than just simple single passes over an area.

Really like it. Just used it for the 4th time. Results are not super clear but that will change with consistent usage.

This product is super easy to use and compliments well with any skin care routine. If used correctly (not holding it on one spot for too long, and starting off with a low intensity disc) my skin feels really fresh and ready to absorb any moisturizers I use. This product also helped with smoothing out some old acne scars from my teenage years.

Item never worked without being plugged in; must have a defective battery! Unfortunately I waited too long and did not return within the allowable time, so I am stuck with it,unless Amazon and vendor agree to replace, which would be most welcome. Item seems to work well, but it needing to be plugged in to use befits the purpose of it being wireless. regards

Im started using this thing about a month and half ago so still waiting to see noticeable results. I did notice something though. I graduated all the way to using the red disks. When i first used them, I felt a clear sensation on my skin, it was even slightly uncomfortable, which i assumed meant it was working as intended. But now, on my second time using the red disks, i feel almost nothing on my skin. Why is that ? How do i know its working when i feel nothing as i run it over my face ? Does it have something to do with the black replacement filter ?

As a 50 y/o man, I was somewhat skeptical about purchasing this PMD, thinking that maybe I should just go to a skin care clinic for micro dermabrasion treatments to treat rough and bumpy skin and fine lines- but clinic treatments are fairly expensive. I got the PMD and after 5 uses I have noticed my skin is smoother and more even in tone, especially forehead. Also it's satisfying to see the grime sucked out of my pores. Important to give this PMD time over several uses and to use moisturizer before seeing clear noticeable results. Thumbs up for the PMD.

I’ve been enjoying this product. It’s easy to use, no discomfort, and PMD is a great and very responsive and interactive company.

waste of money. the product doesn't work as advertised.
