Q: Two questions: how would you describe the density and backbone of the brush? how does it compare in size with the simpson t3 synthetic? charles k.

I thought the Kent was goegeous but wound up returning it. I didn't like the way the Kent felt or splayed. I replaced it with the Simpson t3 which is an OUTSTANDING brush with amazing luxuriant feel and possibly the greatest screaming bargain in shaving brushes. And I have great, expensive natural brushes to compare it to. No contest for me.

Q: What is the handle made of?

It's plastic, but it doesn't look or feel cheap. Nice weight and a classic, ivory-like (?) look.

Q: I want to purchase the larger brush but i am confused as to which is larger the inf1 or the inf plus. the plus cost more but is smaller?
