Works very well. Sound is good. Can easily understand our littles voices. Got for Xmas for my granddaughter 3 yrs ago. She’s 6 now and this machine has held up very well with lots of use. Ordering same one for my 5yo grandson this year.

I had the older model from a few years ago. It eventually ended up in the trash. I never replaced it until I wanted to do a lil shower stage performance the other night - iykyk and the Bluetooth I had sucked!! I then replaced it and the light bulb in my mind went off!! In the search bar my mind said “Karoke machine” .. duhhh , I need a karaoke machine and that’s when I ran into this golden child! Not only did I get it “Like new” for $16 .. once it arrived .. it arrived BRAND NEW! Saved myself $30 lol .. it took me 5 minutes to figure out why someone would return it .. they didn’t read the instructions (they were unopened) on how to connect to Bluetooth? Cause we most definitely was in the same boat lol. I didn’t want to open the instructions just in case I was going to return it but I finally figured it out on my own! I still need to figure out why it goes to Bluetooth once I hit the light button and Bluetooth has its own button. I only played with it for about 2 minutes once I got it on but best believe I told my boyfriend on the mic before turning it off . “Prepare to be sicka me” 😆!! Don’t walk .. run to be Americas next idol ..

This product is really nice. I bought another 🎤 so me and my daughter can sing together. I wish it was louder and I hooked it up to the tv but I am not able to get the words in the screen. For the price, I am very happy with it and the cd player works great!

***Public Service Announcement*** Do not buy this machine. You are throwing away your money. This company is robbing consumers as there is no way they do not know about their manufacturer's defect regarding the power port. The first machine I purchased stopped working almost immediately. As instructed, I reached out to customer service. I told them that the power port was loose, and the machine was not turning on at all. I was told that the first step is to send a new power cord. I expressed again that I did not believe this was the issue but was bound by their protocols. I received the new power cord, and low and behold, it did nothing. When I informed customer service via email that the power cord did not work, I was completely ignored and never received a response. Thankfully, it was within Amazon's return window, so they sent me a replacement. My daughter has maybe used the replacement 10x, if that, and I handled it every single time. It was kept safely stored, covered in the closet. When I pulled it out over the holidays for her to perform with friends, it did not work steadily, but came on everytime I touched the cord in the power port. Now, it does nothing again. This is two machines that have the same issue, and based on the reviews, these are not isolated incidents. It is a manufacturer's defect that the company is well-aware of but refuse to address. Because it is out of the 90 day warranty, I am stuck robbed and furious with a crying child who doesn't understand why her special gift no longer works. I found an electronic's professional who will fix the port, and it will cost almost as much as the original machine. Don't waste your money here. Spend the extra to get a quality machine. I plan to report this company to the Better Business Bureau and will petition Amazon to remove Singing Machines from their site. You will regret this purchase. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Y'all are gonna get really jealous when I tell you this, but I got this machine for right at $17 – – "used like new" from a seller that was trying to get rid of it for whatever reason I guess. It came packaged in the original packaging and I gave it to a tween girl at church as her birthday gift. Her mother sent me pictures/videos of her singing along with it and it sounded great! Was very easy to get started with and has a number of different effects on it to play around with. I don't know if I would've paid the original price for it or not and it is on the smaller side which I wasn't expecting, but it sure works and is providing a lot of fun.

Quality about what you would expect from a machine of this price. Fine for kids. Mic only seems to work when you speak into it from the top (not the side).

We set it up and tried it out, seemed to work fine , not the best quality but the price was right. It was a surprise for our grandchildren but when we set it up for them for a summer weekend at the cabin in which the kids were so excited about, they were quickly disappointed to find out that when we set it up, it started to play but stopped and didn't work again. I contacted Amazon and because it was a product defect from “The Singing Machine Company “they gave me the number for their customer service. When I called Singing machine customer service, they had determined it was an internal defect and said I could return it for a replacement. I had asked if they expected me to pay for the shipping but they said no, they would send me the shipping details. I was then later contacted by that company telling me it was my responsibility to send the machine back and pay for shipping myself. The warranty states their products are free from defects, which was not the case with my purchase but they still refused to help. That left me with a defective product, I’m out the money I paid for it so I’m writing this review to warn others about the Singing Machine Company.. Highly NOT recommended.. don’t waste your money..
