I purchased the Man Matters Derma Roller (0.5 mm) and have been using it regularly, and the results are quite satisfying. The 540 titanium alloy micro-needles feel sturdy and well-made, and the roller glides smoothly on the scalp and beard area without causing discomfort when used correctly.

The roller works good, but the complaint is that the alcohol sterilizer has fragrance in it? So you're sterilizing the needles but then the fragrance is also going into your skin? Why?!

The packaging of this item first of all came defective ...it was taped and broken ! Secondly the derma roller is in a really bad state and dusty which is not safe to use at all !
