As a person who is trying to learn a bit about on camera flash photography this flash has been great. I still need to study the manual mode but as far as the auto mode, it works great! You pretty much don’t have to touch anything. It’s plug and play. The battery on this has been really good. I charged it once since I bought it and even though I don’t have many sessions, when I do they tend to go for hours and this hasn’t dropped a bar with approx 4 hours of shooting. It illuminates subjects really well.

amazing performance with this flash I have been able to take amazing photos , it is very powerful and the battery is everlasting , I will purchase another one in the future but for anyone looking for a great flash at a reasonable price this is it, totally worth the money, I use the flash in conjunction with a wireless trigger and a soft box and I have been able to get amazing results.

1/3 of the Sony brand price, rechargeable, I could shoot all Day and battery is just below half, This Speedlight is Very well Manufactured, Fast recycle time, I am a manufacturing Engineer, I know this Flashpoint is the real Deal, Highly recommend

Works great, Recycles super fast! Shoe is somewhat difficult to release and feels as though it gets stuck; Afraid that I might accidentally break it when trying to release from camera's HotShoe! The battery last for an insanely long time per charge. Able to shoot an entire Wedding, including reception on a single charge! Overall, very happy with it and seems to stay connected well when using with wireless controller!

This is a great flash to have without paying the high prices of the original. The battery lasts a long time. Just remember to keep an eye on the battery level. When it goes it goes.

I really love the Flashpoint Zoom Li-ion R2 TTL On-Camera Flash. I'm new with on camera flashes, but the ease of use is great and it came at a great price.

Foot broke while I tried to swivel the flash while attached to the provided stand. The metal and part of the plastic popped off exposing wires underneath. This is a known weakness of the flash. Now I can only use the flash exclusively off shoe.
