First of all, this did not work as described. It would not feed envelopes and we had to hand feed them. So when we tried to return it, the only option was to drive it to a UPS store, which is 25 miles away, one way. So I contacted customer service to get a label so I could drop it off at a local place that is half a mile away, and that was not an option. Free returns, but you need to make a 50 mile round trip. This was NOT disclosed when I ordered it and that my only option for return would be that! So overall, we receive a product that doesn't work, but then to return it is a nightmare.

very bad quality it jam the letter when opening them not durability at all.

No matter what I do, it does not seem to work efficiently. I could open 200 letters by hand faster than this machine.
