Better than I thought but poor life span
Defective out of the box. Not refurbished or even tested obviously.I went to other user without signing in and found an update. That fixed my problem.It only lasted 2 years before crashing repeatedly.Not a great value, but I did get it to work.

it does not "look like new"
I didn't even turn it on. I saw it did not look "new" from the wear on it. I have one of the same model, which I have used for years, which has less wear on its surface. This is not refurbished, it is used.

I actually love this chrome book. Simply for the fact it does what it's suppose to do.

Unsupported Software
I received this computer on 5/6/19 and this morning I received this notification on it: This device us no longer supported. This device will no longer get receive the latest software updates. Please consider upgrading. Not happy!

The appearance was not great but it was used smaller than what I expected now a couple days later will not power on they unloaded their junk on me
