This fitter is as good if not better than the one that came with my Hayward cartridge filter, at a more reasonable cost. Will buy again.

Seems to be working pretty darn good! Collecting algae like it should. It fits with no issues. I’d definitely purchase again in the future!

I recently went from a sand filter to a hayward canister filter. Our pool was nasty from winter. We ran the original hayward filter for a couple weeks or so and it finally cashed it in. I bought one of these at the same time and swapped it in after the OEM filter. It does a great job cleaning. From what i have seen, it didnt hold up quite as long but it does filter well. Its also a lot cheaper so i would say buy two and change earlier. They work great.
