Can i adjust the brightness of the lamp while it is rgb mode?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your support! There are three ways to control the lamp brightness, no matter which color the lamp is. Long touch control the lamp sensitive panel. Use the "Smart Life" APP to adjust the brightness. Connect the lamp with the Alexa or google, you can voice control it.

How many scenes are there in the app? can i change the scenes color & brightness to my desired?

Dear Customer, Thanks for your support. There are 8 scenes exist in the system, but you can DIY your own preferred color and brightness, as well as color changing type, color speed, brightness, etc.

How can I get this connected and control it?

There are 3 ways to control the lamp. 1. Physical control, tap the sensitive button on the lamp to control it; 2. App remote control, download the app Smart Lamp" from the app store or google play. Follow the three steps on the user manual to get connected. 3. Voice control with Alexa & google home. Go to the setting in the APP, click voice service in the menu.

Is there an app on the Apple Store? I see a few different “Smart Lamp” apps but none seem to connect to the lamp.

Dear customer, Please remember to press and hold the "Change Mode Button" on the lamp for 5 to 10 seconds and the LED will begin to Flash, and open your Wi-Fi and bluetooth, then your "Smart Life" app will automatically show the lamp detail, click "add", then wait for a few seconds, it will connected, and the lamp will stop flashing, then you can control the lamp with the APP.(check above videos) Please notice: 1. Wi-Fi only supports 2.4GHz, does not support 5GHz 2. If you type wrong Wi-Fi passwords, it will cannot add the lamp sucessfully, pls make sure your wifi passwords are correct.
