For the price it's not exactly terrible, but it is really flimsy and too narrow for lat work unless you're pretty small.Not recommended.

I got my bar awhile ago, but I just tried it for the first time I like it's sturdiness and comfort can't wait to try it again!

I bought this exercise bar thinking it was just for arm exercises, I was blown away with all the different exercises you can do with this. Definitely a great buy!
