Hi can this fit a tesco shopping basket on top please?

If I understand you correctly- will this trolly carry a plastic shopping basket on top? Yes it can, the frame is aluminum and can hold one on top. But I have never tried that. I just place items inside the deep bag attached while shopping, or place it in the the store shopping cart.

I had the same issue. What you need is an adjustable spanner or adjustable wrench with a movable jaw that will fit the bolt. Attach the wheel to the trolley using the screw provided put the bolt at the end and fasten the bolt with the spanner. Hope this helps.

Yes the trolley has got a flap top lid. It has velcro so it can be closed. Very useful.
