I purchased this to hang Manuel Canovas wallpaper which is a paste the wall premium (and expensive) paper. I admit to being quite nervous due to the cost of the paper and rather exact amount I had. I did lots of research (wallpaper paste!) on which paste I needed. Info was limited and stated only with fungicide and PVA based. This ever build product fits the bill. The paste itself is not at all similar to traditional wallpaper paste. I can only describe it as like a thin PVA jelly. In use I gave up on using a roller within minutes and used a wallpaper paste brush. This was very successful in applying the paste in a consistent thickness. The paste itself brushes easily to a thickness that’s just right. When applying the wallpaper to the wall, the paste is not wet and sloppy and instead has a wet tackiness to it that grips the paper well but allows for positioning in the first minutes of application and complete removal and repositioning if required. This is a very easy to work with product. I am not a professional but have hung lots of wallpaper over the years and I since using this I will not do another job if I can’t use this product!! Regarding coverage, I was concerned from some reviews which stated it barely did 3 rolls of paper. So I bought extra and still have it!! From 1 tub I hung 3 rolls of 760mm wide paper on a gloss finished surface (no absorption). And 4 rolls of standard width 520mm on a to mat paint finished walls which was quite absorbent and did need a heavier coat. Overall i thoroughly recommend this product. It is the best wallpaper paste I have Ever used.

Used this for doing the bedroom. Brilliant stuff as others have mentioned. Goes on nice and holds the paper. Slightly thicker paste but if you know how to use it then it's fine otherwise a bit of water mixed can help..

Really great stuff!! This is great for pasting heavy duty wall covering (not sure it would suit thin covering) I found this works great 2 ways either apply to the wall with a roller or apply to the covering again with a roller as i found this to thick to use a brush. This 1 tub will cover a huge area too as its quite tacky an only need a thin coat. Although its tacky its still very manageable for moving the covering into place. drys real quick once in place too!! All round a great buy an far less hassle than mixing conventional powder paste 5 stars!!
