Been using these gummies for the past three years. They help my leg pains at night so I get better sleep.

I like the product, I was recommended to use it for my migraines and to try to help get better sleep. the product itself is not bad at all. I found that the gummies were really hard and difficult for me to chew, my jaw had started to hurt after taking them and I actually started to dread taking them at night because of how bad my jaw was hurting. I think the flavour itself is not bad but it seemed to, personally, be sour which I was not really expecting so it threw me off as well. I haven't finished these gummies at all just due to these facts but i think they are still good for anyone who needs them.

They changed the formula! This used to be vegan and sweetened with monk fruit, which causes no digestive issues. The new formula has entirely different ingredients! They removed monk fruit and added not only gelatin (not vegan friendly; common allergen), but also not one, but 3 (!!!) different types of artificial sugars for cheaper manufacturing, despite the price being the same. The new formula contains maltitol, sorbitol and erythritol, the first one raises blood sugar faster than regular table sugar and will knock you out of ketosis! I didn’t know it was changed and took it as usual, which started causing a BUNCH of digestive issues (bloating, indigestion, gas, fast heartbeat, elevated blood pressure, shaking etc.). This should’ve came with a big huge warning label about the new ingredients, as many people are sensitive or allergic to artificial sweeteners!! The amount of magnesium in each gummy is also not as stated on the label, since I was taking it and it didn’t do anything until I took double what I normally take with these from the previous bottle to see any kind of effect. This is crucial for someone who constantly has to monitor electrolyte levels and take a specific amount at a specific time and can’t swallow pills. Not only did this cause issues, but it took longer to get out of an imbalance episode, with many more side effects. The new formula seems to affect blood pressure, as it spiked mine, which never happened with the old one. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I have the hardest time getting to sleep at night. It was recommended by my doctor that I try this and it definitely does help a lot.
