Paper is exceptionally high quality and the built in cutter works great!! We use a lot of butcher paper for smoked meats and crab boils and this is by far the best quality! Our crab boil had tons of liquid and melted butter and NOTHING dripped off the table. The paper soaked in everything and saved us a ton of clean up time. Highly recommend!!!

Some say all paper is the same but I disagree and tried several before finding one I really liked. The size of the roll is great, easy to use, the box works perfectly, and the price is just right. It helps me create perfect moist brisket and pulled pork every time.

High quality and clean (silica free & wax free) block paper. I can feel the difference from my experience using parchment paper.I love this product. I cooked with it twice and it was wonderful.Note: I didn’t pay attention to the length of the roll. My parchment paper is 45 x 12. And the block paper is 18. The fix is to fold the excess paper and cook. 🚂
