I do not write a lot of reviews but decided I should write one for this product. First I am a 64 year old male in good health but with age things sometimes change. I was not sleeping well at night going to the bathroom 3 or 4 times. Did my research and decided to try this product. I took as directed and noticed results in several days. It’s now been almost 3 weeks and I am waking up 1 to 2 times per night (mostly 1 time). The frequent need to go, the strong stream and the ability to empty my bladder has greatly improved. Mind over matter? I don’t believe so. Better sleep and less urgency to go to the bathroom at night is greatly appreciated. It has only been 3 weeks but the results speak for themselve. Will provide update after another month of using. Highly recommend trying if you find yourself in a similar position as I.

I NEVER write reviews typically because most supplements could be placebo based. In my mind if it feels like it’s working maybe it is or maybe not. It’s just hit and miss sometimes and you never know how your body responds because everyone’s is different. But over the last few months, not sure if it’s a prostate or age, but I’ve had horrible sleep because I’m up 4-7 times peeing. This is not an embellishment or exaggeration, I would hate to go to bed because I would go pee and it feels like 5 mins later, up again back to the restroom. My wife is an herbalist and we have been tinkering with a few herbs but most times, herbs take a bit to take effect in your system. When I read the reviews for this I had to take a chance, because literally I needed something for relief because I felt my health, energy and mood has taken a nose dive. Additionally, I’ve read that more than a few people claimed this supplement helped on the FIRST night. I’m not sure if I was too ambitious or too optimistic, but I wanted it to work the FIRST Night as well.When I got it, I popped 2 in and went the sleep that night to see if it worked. I got up only once the first night! I couldn’t believe it and I wanted to take it longer to see if the results were consistent. Here I am, 1 week in and all I can say IT WORKS! The most I’ve been up was 2 times and I have had nights this week I didn’t even get up at all! If you’re suffering for overactive bladder, prostate issues , nocturia and you don’t want another prescription from your PC, try this! I promise you that you wouldn’t find a more natural product to work as fast and effective as this one. I’m already had this on reorder.

First, saw palmetto needs at least 4 weeks to get into your system before you start seeing results. I was having frequent bladder issues that, even with Dr Rx, was only getting worse. I was getting desperate and started looking for alternatives. Saw Palmetto/Stinging Nettle and Pumpkin Seed Extract all seemed to have benefits for my issues. The pill itself makes you think its a scam. They look cheap and fake. (hence the 4 stars) I had low hopes, but thought I'd give it a try anyway, again, I was getting desperate and frustrated with nothing working. Let me tell you, when I hit that 4 week mark I haven't had a bladder issue since, and such, didn't need to take the Dr Rx. Its been just over a month since the 4 wk period and its been working GREAT! No issues, no side effects, I feel great and bladder is working as it should. I'm going to order another bottle and continue monitoring the progress.

Got this for my prostate health and PSA levels, never knowing that it had benefits in hair growth. After taking it for a couple months my wife noticed my hair was allot fuller. I told her i thought so too but i maybe it was my imagination. She said no. It was definitely allot fuller. I looked back to see what changed and this product does promote hair growth. It’s pretty shocking. At 53, my thick mop hair is back for better or for worse. 5 stars!

Hey man i used to urinate abput 15 to 25 times i would get up at night !!!!Tell me about it litteraly i had to push so hard i used to bend foward all the way foward and push push push just for a tiny tiny bit of urine to come out i was gettinf very scared for my health as i am.33 years old and fairly healthy no issues no stones in my bladder i did a check on that then i heard about saw palmetto nettle and pumpkin!!!!!*****after 4 weeka of use taking 3 pills a day man when i urianate it flows so smooth its like heaven mam seriousely i never wake up to urinate at night i just domt feel the constant pressure on my bladder its like a miracle i did pray to God to help but this has helped out with the crazyyyy maddness frecuent urination annd also hair growing on my bald spots wow man i love this must buy 5 stars

I believe this product to be worth a trythe nature of this affliction, as well as the user reviews, suggest each case tobe different, the discomfort, annoying nature, the same. Seemed have a positive effect, from the very beginning, perhaps wishful thinking,or, all in my head, but, I'll take it.Now, it's almost a month, and, Iam going 6-7 hours, my normal sleep night, NOT going.not every night, but most.Doing nothing has never workedfor me, on anything.

I take this supplement for hair growth. No taste. No side effects. Seems to work to make my hair thicker.
