Waste of Money
This book compiles information from all over the internet and compiles it badly with misspelling, typos, and vague instructions. It's less of a method and more of a file dump of random splits related info. I recognize photos (sometimes inverted probably for copyright reasons) from Thomas Kurz, Acrobolix, and Freddie's modern Kung Fu to name a few. I doubt whether this guy can even do the splits. Waste of money, there are better resources out there than this vague waste of time.

Perfect
When I was a kid, doing the splits was easy. I did dance and was very active. Now that I'm in my thirties and have serious health issues, I'm not even close. I'm not able to do any exercising, except gentle walking. I wanted to find something that I could do to stretch and work my body without hurting myself. This book is perfect. It's short and sweet. It has great instruction and definition. I find it kind of relaxing to do it and set a goal to reach. I feel active now, instead of just sitting on the couch or in front of the computer. A definite read for people looking into the splits.

The book is not well organized.
I expect to see more from the book. Turns out it only mentions about using contractions to make the muscles fatigue via horse stance to gain flexibility. I feel wasting money on this book.

Great tips
I've studied martial arts for a long time but always had a lack of flexibility. This book has really helped and I'm hoping to get to the full splits soon. I can already see some results so I'll continue on with the methods in this book

Amazing book for splits and flexibility!
This book is very helpful in helping anyone achieve the splits, or become more flexible in general. At the start of the new year, I set a goal to start working out more, which would include stretching more and becoming more flexible. It is very easy to find information on the internet that promises you results but makes you use systems or machines that can cost extra money. This book was very helpful in teaching the basis of the splits and stretching. I am excited to continue applying the steps taught in this book and to continue seeing progress in my flexibility.

Just like what is described in this guide
I was looking for a guide to help me achieve the splits. I have been trying to do the splits for the past few years unsuccessfully. I found this book on Amazon and decided to go all out and even purchase the hardcover version that way I can have the guide in front of me while I stretch. I ALSO followed the instructional video of the black belt martial artist and I learned A TON of new tricks! It's been less than a month now and I am soooo close to the ground now. Only a few more inches and I'll be able to do the full splits. Just like what is described in this guide, after each stretch I feel like my muscle fibres are stretched and elongated. Overall, I believe this is the best guide available on the internet. HIGHLY recommended, you won't regret it!!!

When I attempt to contact my toes I'm humiliating a long way from them.
When I attempt to contact my toes I'm humiliating a long way from them. I have had rub advisory say my legs are far too tight. I have been waiting be more adaptable so perusing this book has helped a considerable measure despite the fact that I have been utilizing these technique for just a couple of days.

Nothing new in techniques and inaccurate website offer
The techniques used in the Splits: Stretching: Flexibility book are nothing new and can be easily found on Youtube and internet. The text are in large prints which could easily be condensed to a few pages. The end of this book listed a private website address providing "Free" split video training. However, there is no video for split training on the website at all.

Dreadful ! Barely literate text, and the quality of the photographs, etc. is horrible.
Avoid this "book" at all costs. I've seen better printed village newsletters. The content is even worse - the authors don't understand the difference between dynamic and static stretches; they've made no real attempt to develop an integrated stretching course; the images seem to be a hotch-potch of mangled images downloaded from Google, and nowhere does the main author show himself performing the splits, so we must assume he can't. The only valuable advice they offer is to stretch everyday, though even here they fail to state that contract-relax stretches should be done ONLY twice a week, to avoid excessive muscle damage. Dreadful !

Pooor quality.
The quality of this book is very, very poor. The front cover is deceptively colourful but inside the pictures are blurry in black and white. The font of the book looks like it's been typed up in Word and it feels like a pirate copy. And I want my money back!
