Attic ladder
I purchased This and had it installed. Works perfectly and I’m very happy.

Stairs/rungs are not parallel to floor
Shipping was really expensive and originated in CA where I live. Seller was in contact and guaranteed it would arrive in time, which it did. My contractor installed it, as I was doing a large renovation. It installed well, it’s easy to pull down and hook back up. The rungs are not parallel to the floor through. There’s a pitch of about 5-10 degrees, sloping backwards and there’s no way to adjust it. It’s installed correctly, just doesn’t unfold where the rungs are flat. It’s weird. It still looks good. I would have liked a bit more room in the opening as well, like 8” longer would have been perfect.

Attic Ladder Bent after 6 Weeks: Waiting for Replacement
Our attic ladder bent and was unusable after 6 weeks, used sparingly. The heaviest weight we put on it was 350lb on a couple of occasions. According to Amazon, the ladder is rated for 660 lbs. We requested a refund or replacement (assuming this ladder had defective supports). UPDATE: After going back and forth with the seller to resolve the problem, we could not fix the existing ladder. The seller is shipping us a replacement. I will update the review once the replacement arrives.
