These little oat boost bars are small but enough to keep you going when hunger hits. Tried these for the first time at a local class and had one with a cup of tea- tasty and satisfy your appetite enough until next meal time with the oats and fibre. Handy to grab on the go- keep a box in the car for when you're feeling hungry!

I have purchased these a few times now as they have proven to be satiating without ruining your diet at only 130 calories per individually wrapped slice. They also have a very high 15% fibre content, which helps boost intake each time you have a bar, if you need an excuse. Note however that, whilst the bars are suitable for vegetarians, Amazon has (currently) incorrectly also listed them as suitable for a vegan diet, which they are not. Taste is good with a background almond and maybe slightly stronger cherry flavour. Not really cherry bakewell for me, but still a nice enough snack that I have purchased more than once and will continue to do so. I would like a bit more almond, though.
