It has a mint scent. Very gooey at first. I get hot flashes and wear one of these every night and they work great. After having used these every night for several months my forehead is very smooth. As time goes on the gooey dries up and it will fall off on its own.I’ve worn them on my arm too during the day. My body temperature is too high for me to wear on my forehead during the day, it will slide off. Kind of like melting from my heat.

These work wonders for the kids when they have a fever. I like to use them in the summer months too to just cool kids down to avoid heat stroke or exhaustion. The have a slight tingling so try and not keep them on for too long.

When my kids were younger, I bought this product to keep for bumps and bruises when out and about. The patches do the job of cooling an area as needed and the cooling lasts quite a long time.I knocked off 1 star for two reasons. The patches are larger than I’d prefer and when I pull them off of skin, some chunks of the blue gel remains behind. I would still purchase them again but the gel residue is annoying so I tend to use them sparingly,

Excelente producto funciona muy hien

Migraine sufferers, I would stick with the name brand. This scent aggravates my sensitivities when having an attack and it lingers when you remove the strip from your head. I had to wash my forehead after each use because I could not tolerate the scent. However, if you aren’t sensitive to certain odors, it works just as well as name brand. To me, it smells like a mixture of pine sol and off putting eucalyptus. No trace of menthol at all. I do think this one is more jelly like in terms of texture and consistence and they do stick to my fingers easily.

First time using this brand of cooling patches. They stayed on my kids foreheads, and helped cool them off during fever spikes. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.
