Very happy with shape and quality, recommend

I got the sphere molds for making fruit-shaped desserts, and figured spheres would allow me more options as a base shape that I could carve or add material to as needed. I used these to make Peach desserts following Bruno Albouze's recipe (inspired by Cedric Grolet) and was extremely pleased with the results. I was able to start out with the sphere shape and carve it to be more peach-like. I'm just a hobbyist so rather than purchasing the expensive molds I got this one to try out.Not to mention this one makes 8 spheres vs. the 5 sphere pro option.If I had any criticisms it might be that it is hard to clean because it's basically 8 hollow balls attached to each other so they need to be individually washed.These were easy to fill and demold and did everything I needed it to do for this project though. I'm excited to try different fruit shapes with this.

Worked well. I froze the Tiramisu in the mold overnight with the ladyfingers crushed in the center. Popped them out gently and they were basically perfect. Dusted it with chocolate powder and the picture tells the rest of the story.

I loved this mold and I look firward to making more desserts with this

Have used these several times already. Bakes well releases clean.

I so wanted this to work but I think that lip at the top just makes it hard to release and clean. I will try with more durable things and see, if I can just get stuff out, it would make wonderful spheres.

Didn't work. Cracked or crushed the sphere. Goodies for Christmas ruined
