Ice pack (used for migraines)
I have purchased these previously and eventually needed to replace, they are great quality. I buy them because I get migraines and the relief is amazing. I always get a few so that I can rotate them when I'm using one, once the one I'm using unfreezes and gets to room temp I pop it back in the freezer and grab another one. I use this every single time I get a migraine and it helps so much.

Really handy to have
Really handy. Effective in emergencies and very durable. Can reuse. Holds heat and cold well with no smell. Flexible and not ridged so more comfortable than a bulky hard icepack.

Simple and practical
It is quite a simple icepack. It does exactly what it says on the tin.

Handy size ice pack
I self-diagnosed myself with a Bakerβs cyst which had come up on the back my knee. It was recommended to use a cold compress. It small size made it easy to wrap it up and then wrap it around my knee. It did the trick and the cyst has now gone completely with no involvement with my GP.

Good quality
Really good quality, would recommend if you want it hot just but in a bowl of boiled water, it diesnt take long to warm up. would not recommend microwave use, it started to melt a bit even with doing what it suggested. Mine are constantly in the fridge, because I need them for my back. But they're a great product.

You get what you pay for, but fantastic support
Bought this to help treat a back injury, the gel works fantastic however the compression cuff does not. After two weeks use, the Velcro has now come undone making the cuff unfit for purpose as I can no longer use it to hold the gel in place. Emailed seller directly for support, they have sent a replacement really quickly and this unit appears to be better quality..
