Gap between my neck discs has reduced a bit. Have been going to physiotherapist for a month. This product gives little traction on neck.You need to know how and when to use it though. If you wear this for longer period it’s gonna be very uncomfortable ( due to traction)Overall good product.

Product does not have metal cap for leaking air. Doesn't look like a brand new product as polythene cover is badly wrinkled. Very very disappointing. Complete waste of time and money. Don't purchase. I made a mistake even after reading product reviews
