This is a shell pack, meaning that it comes as just the drums. Hardware and cymbals are not included.

Q: Does this come with hardware/mounts for the toms?

No. I had to purchase DW Drum Workshop SM991 Single tom Clamp W/ V Memory Lock to mount them to a cymbal stand.

Q: Does this kit sound good for rock drumming?

Yes, the acrylic shells create a very punchy sound that’s great for rock.
