I go to the gym 5 days a week and was looking for something to give me that extra push during my workouts. This product definitely delivers! I felt more energized and focused without the crash. One thing to note—the taste is really good, almost too good. It makes you want to drink more than the recommended amount, so be careful not to overdo it. Overall, a great addition to my fitness routine!

Absolutely love it! I used the 2-1 fat burner from alpha lion but wanted to take a break from caffeine so I decided to use this and I do not regret it one bit. Flavor is amazing and the pump feels great. Highly recommend!

meh.....nothing special here..... I been through so many pre workouts in my life i guess it would take alot to make me feel great again.This has beta alanine in it so u get a bit itchy if you like that....but i don't find it to be very strong ...maybe i could do another scoop or two...

I just switched to this pre workout as I was a bit worried about my caffeine consumption. I love this stuff so far. Felt a big difference between my previous pre. Muscles just kept going. It is a little chalky but not terrible. Good taste in the watermelon one. Does have some foam when you shake it up. I tried to drink that too lol and felt a little icky after that so I recommend not finishing that part. Good stuff though. Accidentally bought 2 but don’t regret it now haha.

Worst purchase, DO NOT BUY the Alpha Lion Super Human “Pump” blend! This is a ZERO STAR purchase b/c I received a spoiled/expired container of product! I have purchased all of the other blends of the Aloha Lion Super Human brand of pre-workout blends for several years now, and I have never had any issues. This brand is not cheap, but it has always arrived fresh and produces great results. HOWEVER, you can see the gross gummy chunks in my photos, there should be no gross gummy chunks, it should present as a dry, ultra fine powder. This is disgusting and I am so angry b/c now I will be working out without my “go-go juice” until I find another brand. This should never happen- BE BETTER, ALPHA LION! 😩😡Side note: Amazon, it’s unfair to force reviewers to assign at least one star to poor and/or defective products!

This stuff is a game changer! I have been weight training for years and have used so many different types of pre, intra, and post workout supplements. I always used high stimulant pre-workouts and noticed my tolerance for caffeine was getting out of hand and having little to no effect on my workout performance. I switched to Alpha Lion over two years ago and my workouts have been so much better ever since. The pump during workouts is insane, endurance is up, mental clarity is sharp, and I don’t get anxiety or post exercise crash like I did with caffeine based products. I highly recommend this product if you don’t respond well to high stimulant formulas and want to find an alternative. Thank you!

I love alpha lion products first of all but this is the firstPre workout that I got clumpy. It tastes good just don't like how it came so clumpy.

Great taste and with all the other pre workouts I’ve had this is my favorite. Keeps me going along with functional.
