Yes, it can be done if the other collar and remote are the same EN-910 models.

Does the replacement receiver come with new screw covera and a charging cable like in the picture above?

Yes my replacement reciever came with came with everything needed including a collar. ((it had reciever, screw covers, charging cable & collar)

My replacement will not pair with the remote , any suggestions?

Send it back to Amazon. I had one do that I tried and tried and tried to pair it. It just would not work. I sent it back to Amazon they sent a replacement and it worked first try!!
