Perfection
Perfect addition to my kitchen. Really love how easy this was to install and how functional it is. It’s been at least a month now and I haven’t had any issues with leakage. The water flows fast and smooth and the price point was right! Very happy with this purchase.

Very impressive
This faucet punches far above its weight. It has all the parts you'll need, though I reused the hose and connector from my old unit. No drips. The faucet comes wrapped in a cloth drawstring bag. The finish on the unit is excellent, and the black is a nice change from all the brushed nickle around the sink. The action is good, and the faucet passes much more water than my old one. The hardest part of the job was removal of the old faucet, but once that was done the new one went in without incident. The bezel just covers the existing sprayer hole on my sink, and really could stand to be ¼" larger. The retaining nut underneath is a bit flimsy, and I couldn't get it quite as tight as I wanted. But at this price, this faucet is really a great value.

Ease of installation
Installed faucet about a year ago and it is working just fine. Installation was easy, measure exactly where you want it, you can’t redrill.

Open box / used item
After a long wait. I received a previously returned item. It was an open box / not brand new, and it was missing bottom rubber washer and the faucet wasn’t in the dust bag, it was just in the box.

Do this before you do final assembly.
Only one little problem. You need to seal the main faucet to the top ss steel washer because if you don't the faucet will turn when you use it. Other than that great faucet.

Stylish and easy to install
Easy to install to replace the old valve. Only needed a tool to remove the old valve, none to install the new. A little more stylish than most of these faucets that don't have the tapered body.

I find the product good quality. The hardest part of installing is the removing of the old RO faucet but after Im done with it, the installation of the new one is a breeze. Very easy even for a guy like me who knows very little about plumbing. This is a solid product for the price and i really recommend this. Only time can tell how long this product will last.

The build quality is pretty top shelf. The black can't get any darker and once you plug it in... Well, water comes out. What else can you ask for?!
