Great fit and instant relief. I'm on my feet all day and these helped with the pain of walking on an angry Achilles. My PT even said the gel pads were exactly where they needed to be for healing.

The sleeve works well, but is kind of hard to get on and off. Very important - get the next size up from what is listed in the size chart.

I have pump bump and this brace seems to help hold the achilles and make it feel a little better. I do understand it might by psychosomatic but regardless, it seems to help.

Terrible. This product looks like it was made for really tiny feet and bones. I wear a size 9 shoe and bought an XL. Fits so tight practically cuts off circulation to ankle and foot which makes things worse for a sprained ankle. Could have used detailed sizing information so could have bought correct size or not bought it at all if they couldn’t provide larger size/ longer brace. Very disappointing.

My Achilles was sore to the touch, and even the largest size was too tight for my ankle. It became excruciating after about 15 minutes, so I stopped trying to use it. It's a good concept and appears well-made, it just did not help me.

Nice and snug and supportive for running and walking. Doesn't smell too bad after a month (and washing every couple of runs).

I bought this for my Mom. She said it caused her more pain so there is risk in buying this item. I am guessing it was the compression. It seemed to be of good quality. Easy fit. Not too bulky. Not hard to use either. Hope this helps.

Had a minor achilles injury and I found this provided very valuable support and swelling management. In addition with the compression, it has a few pads that sit on both sides of the achilles that apply pressure, which has been great for keeping inflammation down. Since my issue was pretty minor, I'm unsure if it helps with pain or more serious achilles problems.
