Super Light Compared to SLA Equipped UPS's
$$$, Quiet, Have to register/log into their website to get the monitoring software.Used once already!It did shut down the pc and was off when I got home, like I had it set to do. With power again, the fan did run while recharging the Li-Ions.

Would buy it again.
I have got this one as a replacement for an APC 1500.Way much lighter to carry, it was easy to install, and it held longer than the old ni-cad battery. The sales person that I dealt with was very pleasant.

No Support
The unit seemed to be well built, but it made a horrible screeching sound when I first plugged it in. I think it was the bearings for the cooling fan. The sound went away, but I was unable to verify that the cooling fan was working correctly, I tested with an 80% load that brought the internal temperate to 42 Celsius, and the fan never came on. I sent an email to Vertiv and they never responded (1 week as of this writing). Returned to Amazon for a refund.

Second times a charm. However, my refund is taken over 3 weeks and nothing yet.
I ordered the Vertiv Liebert PSI5 Lithium-Ion UPS -1500VA/13500W 120V Mini Tower, the fan was loud; very loud. The company sent a replacement in a timely manner, and it works well, so good as advertised. Matter fact it's working so well, that I would have consider keeping both, but the noisy fan was unbearable. I returned the first tower about 3 weeks, ago, 08/21/2021, and I have not heard any updates on my refund. I must say, so far, based on the UPS performance during multiple power outages; I am leaning towards a second device in the future. My decision will be based on additional time to evaluate the durability and the company's response to my refund.

Mini-tower unit arrived with a bad fan
As other reviewers commented, some examples of the mini-tower ship with a bad fan - either a blade collides with something, or they have a bad bearing. I've had to contact the manufacturer for help, as the fan noise is unbearable when the unit is charging or discharging under a heavy load. I'll update my review after the issue is resolved.
