Easy to use
Have used these type of grids before on another shed so knew they would be OK. Went together well on a sand and membrane base, just added the 10mm gravel and it was good to go. size was a fraction larger than my shed but it looks good, sturdy plastic material which will last for years

Shed base
Easy to use. Gave a good stable base when filled with grit - 125kg.

Ok, but limited
Ok but has a very uneven surface for a shed base, unless it is solid. Would not recommend for composite shed bases.

Holds a lot of gravel
This is good for what it is. If you have never leveled out a shed base then this is harder than you may think to do if the ground isn't already flat. But given that the ground I was working with wasnt flat I found it relatively easier than framing and pouring concrete. No mixing, just lots of gravel. They fit together easily and while they could break if you handled them too rough I managed without breaking anything. In the end for the 6'x4' area I used 10 or so bags of gravel and several bags of sand to level the base. So take that into account when you think of costs when comparing your options. As a base it works fine. There is good drainage and the base of the shed is doing well. Easy for competent DIYers to use
