Handheld Bidets (Brass)

I am giving it a 2/5 because fo the attached warning notice "The sprayer set included in this purchase is not meant to be kept on at all times. Turn off the shut off T-Valve Adapter lever after each use...". If this was such a serious problem (having to turn off the valve after *every* use) I would have bought a different product... And no, in my toilet the T valve sits in a very hard to reach place, so it's not as easy as they claim... Finally, this is the first handheld bidet I order. I wish I had picked one where the distance from hand to spray head is larger (e.g. Atalawa Handheld Bidet Toilet Sprayer). Not the easiest thing to jam in the space between toilet seat and butt when "rear cleaning" is needed.

This product worked for just 18 months (one year and a half), after that it started to leak water. ***** UPDATE Okay, I'm changing it from 2 stars to 5 stars and this is why: When making decision to buy any product, as a consumer you need to make sure about two important key factors. First, the quality/price and that was why I wrote my first review. It leaked after 18 months and that made me unsatisfied. I believe that in general this product has a satisfying level of quality (by referring to other reviews) and the problem with mine was an exception. One should note that any production process has errors, the occurrence of these errors should be rare and if that happened to a customer the company should be there to help or compensate. Thus the second factor is making sure that you will continuously receive customer support and that's why I have changed my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. Unbeknown to me, they have sent me the replacement tools. They have been in touch with me even two years after buying their product. They care about customers opinion. This is VERY important, this will give you peace of mind, that you are buying a good quality product (refer to experience of others) and if by any chance you get a defective one they will do their best to keep you content. I even didn't ask for a replacement, they did it automatically without my request because they wanted me to know that I am taken care of. That act of "caring about customers" is precious to me. This behavior brings about royalty!

I purchased this to use as a diaper sprayer for my cloth diapers. Although this was not the least expensive one you could find, dad read reviews and picked this one. VERY EASY to install! I did it myself in 5 minutes with my little one in one arm. The finish is very nice, has a sturdy feel and easy to use. It's has a nice strong stream, perfect for getting all the poo off my diapers but gentle enough for the bum. Although, when spraying diapers you have to find the right angle or poo water sprays everywhere! You can soften the stream if you don't press on the handle as hard but it is very sensitive. The holder does not fit well when placed onto my toilet tank. That's fine for me because I just hung it from my diaper pail but this may be problematic for someone who isn't in my same situation. Also, I'm sure this is probably a problem for bidets/sprayers In general as opposed to this specific design, but... I have to switch the sprayer on, which turns the water off to the tank, every time I want to use it. That's fine for adult use but I wanted to try and get my daughter to use this as a bidet to save on paper waste and I don't think she's going to have an easy time remembering to turn it on then back off every time she needs to use it when she barely remembers to flush the toilet. Just a minor problem though. I still give this 5 stars because it works for us and I don't have to dunk and swish poo diapers in the toilet any more :)

We now have two of these from this same company. An older model around two years old and this one. The older model has a slightly different nozzle and holder. Also the OFF position for the water is DOWN and this new one the OFF position is UP. I like the all stainless design. The install went very smoothly but I had to do somethings a little different from the install: 1) I installed the hose to the ON/OFF base first. So I could get a wrench and tighten it down a bit--not much room behind toilet once the T (ON/OFF) connector is installed. 2) Anywhere there was metal to metal I used a little of the supplied Teflon tape. Generally I've seen leaks when not doing this so I used this method for both of the hose connections and at the nozzle end where I had a slight drip on first install. As instructions recommend, always turn unit OFF when done. Sometimes we do not do this and we are okay but always best to be safe and follow the directions there. The spray is VERY powerful with our water pressure. So be aware when using. You can adjust with the ON/OFF and the spray handle. I needed no other parts (comes with extra washers) to install. I used adjustable open end wrench, towel, and bucket.

The sprayers quality is really great but I had a problem installing the sprayer, I bought this sprayer before moving to my new apartment thinking that it will work in any toilet but little did I know after moving It was time to install the sprayer but the place that I’m suppose to connect the T-valve to is hidden in my new toilet seat (see picture) so I had to find another way to install it, I went to a hardware store near me and got a couple of things that I needed to install the sprayer (I ended up not using the included T-valve) I will include the things that I got in pictures. The sprayers water flow strength will depend on your water flow, I got really strong water flow (check the video) but I don’t open the main water valve to the full blast I don’t want to damage the sprayer or any other part and I always turn it off if not in use. Overall the sprayer quality is great it’s a bit pricy but the quality is really good and I would definitely recommend this sprayer.
