645-551 Blower Motor Harness

I was disappointed that the wire colours didn't match with my 2008 E150. Of course wire colour doesn't effect it's ability to work but the plastic on the harness I was replacing was very brittle and came apart before I could take good note of wire colour and position. In the end I got it figured out but it would have been very helpful if the colours matched. Perhaps my van is odd. Just take careful note of wire colour and positions. Besides that this is a very quality piece with high quality wiring. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Product worked well. I used the connectors, they worked fine. I saw in other reviews to use your own connectors. I had no problem. You need to notice the 2 blue connectors are for the larger 2 wires, the yellow is for the smaller 2 wires. The wires coming from the car are all 1 large size. You need to twist the large wires from the car to make it fit with the yellow connector, but it wasn't a big deal. The wires coming from the vehicle do not match the harness wiring colors. You would think that black is ground and should be connected to the black wire on the harnesses but thus isn't the case. Make a diagram of the colors and wires on car and harness. Orient it the same as the switch and harness you are removing. Then match the wires accordingly. There's only 4 total so it's not a big deal. It works well. I also bought the switch from Amazon that goes with it. My switch tip wouldn't fit the new switch, so I'll have to use a clothes pin or something. But overall a good product and easy enough job!

Pigtail is same as factory from ford except the wiring is ran into the pins wrong by color pattern. You must pay attention and put your wiring harness back the same way you took it out regards of the new pigtail color format on wiring.
