Compacto, fácil de usar, si se siente el esfuerzo lo quería para hacer mis 10,000 pasos que se supone debemos caminar diarismo pero la verdad si toma algo de esfuerzo así que en lugar de hacer la hora y media de caminata, haré 30 min de pasos con este equipo que realmente se siente en la pantorrilla.

I ordered this stepper at the end of June, and waited until now to write a review because I wanted see if the product would hold up over time. I bought this stepper because it was the only one I could find that: (1) was reasonably priced; (2) had resistance bands; and (3) had adjustable tension levels to increase the step resistance. Those three features together make this stepper superior to the others in this price range, and even some of the steppers in a higher price range. It came out of the box already assembled, and the instructions are straightforward. The stepper is sturdy but not too heavy to move to other rooms. I use it while watching TV, so it is important to me that it is not too loud. It was very quiet at first, but after a few days it started to be a bit noisy. Fortunately, it comes with some oil, so this was an easy fix. And most importantly, I feel like it's working! I actually get a decent workout - I can feel it in my hamstrings, calves, and glutes. Overall, I would recommend buying this product.

I really wasn't sure what sort of product I'd be getting for ~$80. Right out of the box this stepper was impressive in so many ways:Minimal packaging - some Styrofoam top and bottom and two small plastic wraps around hydraulic piecesReady to use after ONE step - screwing in the tension adjuster was easy, the machine auto turns on and you're steppingMaintenance tools included - a few tools are sent along to maintain your stepper; grease, Allen key and wrench thingSolid- I'm ~200lbs and I feel safe on it - definitely feels well made and solidSize - it's so small and easy to store

Dislike: The display was not working. At this point I did not change the batery.Like: easy to use, light weight, and the size is convenient for a very small house.
