Very good. Perfect for snacks and salads. Soft and not salty.

The cheese taste very good and melts well on pizza. I would have give the cheese 5 stars if it was easier to shred. The cheese is very good if sliced or cut up, when you try to shred it, it comes off it little chunks. So, slice it and enjoy it. Update 11/5/2014 I ordered two of the 2 packs, each block has a slightly different taste, each pack seems to have a different amount of liquid in the pack and it seems like the packs with the most liquid in it taste better and is easier to grate/slice.

Very good..not too salty...nice mozzarella taste....melts pretty fast too....and was stingy like it should be.

This product had no flavor in either loaf. Cold or heated. Will not purchase again. Good luck.

It was securely packaged, was kept chilled with frozen pouches and was sent by Priority Express. The problem was there was too much water content in the cheese. The cheese was so moist that it was difficult to grate.
