So very close to awesome. I bought two of these based on the reviews and comments as I am confident I could overcome any issues with better-than-average plumbing skills. Maybe not. So my End result first: This is an AWESOME shower head with amazing pressure, great flow patterns, easy fittings (except for one), and a PITA install process (for me- read on). Now the details-I read all instructions in the box and all of the review experiences that included tips. I followed all steps. The Handheld to hose connection is fine (hand tighten, no leaks). Hose connection to diverter piece is fine (hand tighten, no leaks). Showerhead Connection to diverter piece is fine (hand tighten, no leaks). My only problem is with connecting the diverter/holder unit to the actual shower arm (pipe coming from the wall). I’m still unraveling the mystery, and I’m unsure if it is this unit’s issue or if I have a potentially non-standard shower arm (I’m a renter, so although easy to change, I’m hesitant to revise). Basically, there is not a spinning nut ATTACHED to the back of the diverter (the reverse-approach positioning lock nut on the back is worthless), so to achieve “leak tightness”, the entire unit has to be turned— but it only functions correctly if vertical, and since it’s plastic, you absolutely shouldn’t just force the extra 1/2 or 1/3 turn. It WILL break. So it’s either aligned properly but too loose (leaks) or it’s snug and very crooked (unuseable). Yes, I tried their washer, no washer, a pair of washers, new washer, 3 runs of teflon, 12 runs of teflon, and combinations of all the above to no avail. My only options are crooked and tight or straight and very leaky. I may have simply “won” the lottery and have a shower arm with a bad start-point for its threads. It may be the feared NPT (arm) to NPS (diverter) combination. It may be the OD of the washer. It may be an odd thin-wall shower arm (washers immediately squish up *into* the shower arm pipe instead of seating). I’m currently either looking for an NPT female to NPS male adapter or an alternate OD and stiffer washer. Either way- not painless. All that said- I have tightened the diverter piece to crooked so that it doesn’t spray water at the joint, and the shower head and wand spray patterns both do EXACTLY what I’m after- they feel amazing and the price was right... So— I’m willing to keep trying to find a solution to that one maligned junction... and other folks seem to not have had my same issues, so YMMV.

Great choice for quickly needed shower head with hose after hospital stay requiring use of shower chair. Install was easy with everything necessary included. This is not a high end shower head with aeration and I'm not sure how long the finish will last, but working great now. No leaks. Appreciate the hose mounted above shower head, so hose does not tangle. There could be an issue with reaching if user is short, but not an issue for us. For the price, a good purchase.

Reviews are getting more and more difficult to trust. This shower head is completely made of cheap plastic and leaks from both heads when only using one. The lock nut they provide is so cheap if you look at it wrong it will break. I Ordered a replacement because I wanted to give the product the benefit of the doubt that maybe I had a faulty one. I had the same exact issue with the new one. if the shower head lasts more than three months, I would be surprised. The only positive was the price point an $37 on sale and the water pressure is decent. You get what you pay for. Cheaply made! Update 9-11-25 Although my stance has not changed on this products build quality, the showerhead is holding up pretty well and the water pressure is excellent. So I had to up from two stars to three stars. The longest thing lasts and works well. I’ll keep updating but so far so good.

I was completely misled by the reviews I read which actually convinced me to purchase this product. Why someone would say that its heavy and high quality is beyond me? The only part of this shower head combo that is somewhat quality is the hose. This rest of the parts are extremely light weight and PLASTIC. Install was extremely quick and easy (about 10 min which included a quick look at the instructions). Initial install was a fail, was leaking from the main shower head connector. Installed a 2nd washer at that connection and leak was sealed. We wanted an upgrade from our previous hand held shower head (which we had for about 4 yrs) and I was sold on the rainfall spa design and still having the convenience of the hand held, we bought this one. WOW! this made in USA combo is extremely loud! No exaggeration, at least 3-4 times louder than our previous shower head. Played around with the settings and no luck with the noise reduction. Water pressure and all settings work great, but the only issue we have is the loudness of the water pressure. It really takes the calm, relaxing, spa like feel away cause it sounds like the shower at the YMCA. We're still on our 1st week using it & hoping that maybe it just needs some breaking in, but its clear that the noisiness is not going away. we're currently looking at others to replace this industrial type sounding shower head. Update: So after about 1 1/2 weeks of use, the shower head flew off the diverter while taking a shower. The plastic threads in the shower head and diverter are completely stripped off. So much for high quality...Returning this product today.

I like the water coverage, length, and adjustment options. The power and pressure is good on the handheld peice, but the pressure is lower when using it both at the same time. Seem easy to clean. Quality feels like plastic but seems okay.

Did not like that it wasn’t a complete shower set up with face plate, on off valve/handle.

Excelente regadera, aunque no tengan mucha presión funciona muy bien

No la recomiendo. Duró solo un año. Un día empezó a salir agua disparada hacia el techo y al querer ajustarla, se rompió completamente. Lo único que está hecho de acero inoxidable es la manguera de la regadera de mano. Todo lo demás es de plástico. Por el precio, hay regaderas de mejor calidad.
